Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chris is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has worked at various resorts and casinos for over 18 years. Starting from an entry level position, Chris quickly advanced across properties within MGM Resorts International to a Division Head and part of its Executive Committee Tea

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chris is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has worked at various resorts and casinos for over 18 years. Starting from an entry level position, Chris quickly advanced across properties within MGM Resorts International to a Division Head and part of its Executive Committee Team.
In his continued professional career he has held various Senior Management Positions up to and including Vice President of Casino Marketing and has extensive experience in the areas of casino marketing, casino analytics, slot operations, table games operations, and hotel operations.
Over the past 7 years Chris has focused as a consultant and real estate broker to various companies and assisted with restaurant buildouts, real estate development projects and other various commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to forming ACES Holdings in 2021, Aaron has served in a broad range of leadership roles within private equity and development investments across various sectors such as hotel development, automotive manufacturing, real estate development, and the investment process for tactical opportunities with Delisle Investments

Prior to forming ACES Holdings in 2021, Aaron has served in a broad range of leadership roles within private equity and development investments across various sectors such as hotel development, automotive manufacturing, real estate development, and the investment process for tactical opportunities with Delisle Investments, A2 Investments, and AEL Group. Aaron has led or been involved with numerous investments over a 20 year period with a primary focus in
the states of Nevada and Michigan.
In his role Aaron has management responsibility over the firm’s finance, treasury, technology and corporate development functions.

Aaron Gomes is the Chief Operations Officer of P2E. With more than 20 years of gaming and hospitality experience, he started his career in Las Vegas. He has managed gaming properties in Indiana, New Jersey, Kansas, New York and Australia. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Aaron competed on the school’s NCAA soccer team. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
